I’m still sympathetic to the boy, but he does need to get some sense slapped into him. Probably not literally, but he needs somebody he trusts and respects to lay out some hard reality for his ego-train to smack into, and then help him put the pieces back together.
I’m half-way wondering if Moon Shadow will wind up doing that despite Ron blaming him. I don’t know; I almost hope not, because I’m not sure how he’d manage it and Tyler’s patience with Ron is straining credulity at this point. Tyler IS just a kid, himself, after all.
They claimed they’d do that, but they claimed they’d do a lot of things. I feel like they weren’t actually interested in teaching him real logic, however, and more interested in teaching him “logic” that would let them control him better. Stuff that distanced him from his old friends? Wonderful, in their eyes. So they’d encourage the thinking that the Moon Shadow kid who was the favorite kid back at PS238 was bad news.
Images in Nodwick aren’t showing up.
Yeah, I emailed them about that, but never hear back. It’s been like that for a while.
It’s a energy eating space octopus!
See, even space born cabbages are on the Atkins diet.
“I got your ship! Om nom nom nom nom!”
Amazing how a single line can make a character completely unsympathetic and dislikeable.
if you mean MoRon it has been way more than one line
Sulking is his only remaining superpower… you can’t take -that- away from him as well! :3
Just when I thought the immediate crisis was forcing Ron to leave aside pointing fingers for a bit…
Ron is developing into a super villain quite nicely.
he now has the Lex’s Superman Hate venue down pat.
Unicron’s baby years have arrived!
And in one line Moon Shadow is now Han Solo.
Everyone, check out the tentacle toward the bow at the bottom of arc.
Their ship might be about to become pregnant.
This looks like a job for the Bureau of Alien Monitoring!
=_= That’s it. Ron needs a time out. And quite possibly a spanking. And then therapy.
I would have said that Ron lost my last lingering sympathy here, but truth to tell he lost that a couple of tantrums ago.

He’s had lots of practice at maintaining patience with stupidly unreasonable people, though. He calls some of them “Mom and Dad”…
Having re-read the PS238 archives – wasn’t praetorian academy supposed to teach Ron “logic” and “not making wrong decisions” stuff?
