    Army posed behind her is not seen immediately following. Hmmm.
    I suspect part of the plot is to get the earths greater variety of meta humans to get involved as both a wild card power dynamic and cannon fodder which removes some of the impurity at the same time.

    I was going to say “Anyone else think that this will go badly?”, but after reading the comments I think a better question would be “Does anyone actually think that this will NOT go horribly wrong for 84?”

      Well… I am hopeful that she will survive, at least.

      Things may turn out a little better if she manages to meet up with the Emerald Gauntlets.

    I propose that it will end with 84 making contact with the Gauntlets and spontaneously forming a lasting peace through happenstance and misunderstandings.

    That’s honestly as likely in this comic as any other result, really.
