    Congratulations, everybody who guessed Forak.

Hey! Those of us who said it was the Revenant based on the way he looked and talked weren’t exactly wrong, either. It’s a Revenant designed costume and the Revenant was speaking.

Forak could have just as easily been a Revenant robot.

He pretty much is a Revenant robot now anyway!

    ZELDA!!!!
    Looks to be a Majora’s Mask 3DS.

also Forak + Revenant = Zero. Yup.

I guess it sort of is a new character, since it’s amalgam of two existing characters.

The new character – Forak’s Spine! Hey, it’s never been seen before. 😉

Do or do not there is no try. Or in Reverent speak – Do or do not. There is no choice in the matter for you anyway.

that’s….not entirely inaccurate. Forak is standing up straighter, looks less ….well “borderline stoned” Like i said, i think this is going to be good for his ego, After all nothing builds your confidence more than hiding behind a mask

Isn’t that, also, hiding behind a mask?

            2016-01-08, 2:32 pm | #

No hiding behind a mask you still have risk of retaliation(such as a punch to the face) the internet is more comparable to shouting at a large group of people with a megaphone when they can’t find and reach you soon enough to effectively retaliate when you get them angry.

The new role should suit Forak much better than trying to be the new Atlas. It’s a role with a known superior and a defined list of tasks that require very little independent thinking on his part. It’s just like home, but with a kinder (and sane) boss.

Better yet, a boss with a vested interest in building him up who has demonstrable experience as a mentor figure! ^_^

A “Win Win Win” is far more desirable than the more common “Win Lose Lose.”

Also, how are elections supposed to work, if no one is supposed to know you are Zero? How could they announce the winner of the election?

In hindsight it should have been obvious that of all the characters in the current arc there was only one FISS not accounted for at the gathering who also happens to always be by 84’s side.

I wonder how much of this was Tyler’s plan, and how much was refined by the Revenant?

I like the jet design. It reminds me of those plane things from the Marvel movies, but in black.

Oh. This is not going to be anything like that simple.

    One more stop?

Why is it I suddenly pity Baba Yaga the day she runs into Revenant?

The guy is a very large prime number of steps ahead of the rest of us.

Heck, the Revenant would be ten steps ahead of Batman. And so far, he seems MUCH saner. ^_^

Okay, the sign on Zero’s chest is the Z inside an O, like Oz. (The Great and Powerful)

Which makes Revenant the man behind the curtain.

    Very clever.

The thing for me is that 84 is IN ON IT.

Tyler and Revenant are pulling one over on her, they have brought her on board.

You know, I think the Revenant is lonely. He basically just gave a massive amount of resources to be managed by a group that wouldn’t accept him otherwise through two kids. He’s way more easy going than Batman, heck he probably goes to therapy, but it makes him seem more human to think that way. I believe he wants to connect to people of the hero world, but isn’t able to do so through normal means which is why he has no problem giving a lot of resources and responsibility to children because they don’t have any prejudice to him.

…Yo dawg, I heard you like tights, so i put tights under yo’ tights.

But seriously, anyone else think it’s strange that Forak is wearing the Atlas tights underneath the Zero tights? At least he took the cape off though…

Actually makes sense to me. If any of them can become Zero by election, it would make sense to have a suit that can resize to fit anyone and will go over their own costume. “I didn’t see 74, think he could be Zero? Wait, there he is, never mind… “

Zelda is a good choice – it’s very much a puzzle game so would still be challenging for someone with super-reflexes.

Actualy seems like they are taking the Bumbling reporter who is the perfect hero archetype ad cranking it up to 11

“Look at that new guy Forak/New Atlas! Why can’t you be more like him?”

I like how this is exactly what happened to Tyler. Pretty soon, everyone is going to think Zero is absolutely amazing and super cool, and Forak is going to be really obvious about who he actually is. No one will even consider that they’re the same. I look forward to see if 84 figures out the whole Tyler/Moon Shadow thing because of this.

I’m wishing for a PS238 animated film, (direct to video probably) with Robert Downey Jr. as the Revenant.
