    I am not actually sure what’s going on here. Is it illegal to be an unregistered meta, or something? Clearly there’s something going on that the Revenant doesn’t like, but what would it be?

      In the issue detailing Cranston’s… let’s call it impeachment, Positron stated that mandatory meta-registration wouldn’t work.
      So I’d say not being registered isn’t illegal, being a Super Villain on the other hand…

    I don’t think being meta is illegal, but making visitors seeking venture capital disappear is. Unlike Crystal Skull, they aren’t feeling fulfilled without the villainy.

    Being meta wouldn’t be illegal, but using your powers to get an unfair advantage in the business would. See president Cranston. Telepthy and a lot of other powers would be great for running a business, especially if others don’t know you have them and aren’t prepared for them.
