Hi there! Are “Mr. Allard” and Mr. Welks’ dialogue balloons in the third panel switched around?

      It does look that way.

I feel like the dialogue balloons in the fourth panel are also switched. It’s more subtle, since names aren’t mentioned. But going by the dialogue balloons in the third panel, if those are swapped, so are the fourth panel.

That said, nothing will change by this comment, other than people coming here in the future will see that they’re not the only ones who noticed. This stuff went to the publishers long before it was posted online, and I believe Mr. Williams is of the mind that effort spent making updates on this old stuff won’t result in new revenue. He’s probably right.

No, it looks to me that the fourth panel is right.

Panel 3: Welks is impressed with Allard’s proposal. Allard says it’s overdue.
Panel 4: Welks sums up the idea. Allard says he’s already built the prototype and needs funding.

In Germany they’ve started installing traffic lights in the ground to keep people from wandering into traffic. No, really. They actually did this.
