Yup. Forak earned detention for helping Near-Mint loot his apartment, and not freeing Julie from Near-Mint’s trap. The downside of Julie giving Forak detention is that she has to stay there the entire time. As a result she got to listen to Zodon and Victor whispering about the Ultimate Negatory the whole period.
