Alternate universes. As in alternate selves… kind of like the hall of mirrors Moon shadow visited as he saw the super powered failure versions of himself.
The next page has him waking up in his own bed, realizing that this entire sequence was a dream. His sister is standing in the door yelling at him, “Wake up, you lazy boy!” (as if a boy could ever do anything right in her eyes.)
Power corrupts. Lots of power even more so. This kid and his sister are already rotten and the strip shows no signs that anyone around them even mildly disapproves. It *is* just a comic, but at what point does the cycle complete and these characters begin acting like they’ve taken stupid pills? Because that’s what happens in real life (and why I never believed in the premise of Orwell’s 1984).
Well eternity and all is a much smaller thing when you’re ten, compared to forty. ::)
Victor von Fogg has somehow harnessed the power of Spoiler to become omnipotent! What new madness is this?!?
Not a spoiler! I know they make cars go faster, but omnipotence? Really?

The awesome power of the spoiler is “revealed” and not to be tREAD upon lightly. It has been written that the spoiler has the power to ruin all.
Come on, we’ve already seen the Singularity! Unless you’re talking about something else…
…Which I just realized you must be, because the Singularity, while powerful, probably isn’t THAT powerful (though it might be).

I should have seen this comming since we haven’t seen him lately… Up to no good…
He’s full of it. Bet he’s covered in it too.
So what did Victor Foglio pay you for this scene?
o_o
…
Excuse me for a moment.
…
GYAAAHH!!!
…
We now return to our regular service.
How the *BLEEP* did this horror come to be?! o_o
He found the means to buy, or at least rent, this level of power.
The rest of the students find out.
Much hilarity ensues.
…the word you’re looking for is STEAL! It doesn’t belong to him, and he’s NOT paying for it.
Oh, he’ll pay for it all right, just not in the way he expects nor appreciates.

The staff of PS238 are trying to do something about them. The staff may be overconfident, but they do disapprove of the megalomaniacs.
