Near-Mint has toys to buy! Rare and expensive toys! He’ll do anything, even kidnap kids and deliver them to an anonymous patron, to get money for collectibles!
Why not indeed? Even supervillains need secret identities. Anyway, I think he just sells whatever toys or collectables people ask for. Barbie dolls, toy cars, superheroes… it’s all the same to him.
You would think that even if 84 and Forak can’t break free of the sticky-tech, that their flight ability would allow them to take whatever they are attached to with them… maybe not if secured to the ground in some way, but certainly if only secured to a mobile truck?
Near Mint, quit talking to the hostages! Haven’t you read your history? This is how they get you to let them go!

I really find myself hoping that Ron grows out of the blame game soon. Just as I was starting to develop some sympathy for him, he goes and ruins it.
Why do most adults in this comic get the “I have a sudden migraine behind my right eye” moment at one time or another? She is having hers now…..
Children with super-powers in dangerous situations? What’s not to stress about?
