Well there’s Toyman. And the Joker is vaguely toy related, although not outright toy themed. And I have vague memories of at least one more toy-related villain, but I can’t remember a name.
I knew Toyman was right, I haven’t spent the last three months watching the 2001 Justice League cartoons with my older son in vain!
It was the mysterious third toy related villain I couldn’t quote remember that turned out to be Quackerjack.
There was also Toyman from the other comic company (whether you meant Marvel or DC’s version), Toyboy, The Prankster…I’m sure there are more but they escape me.
No, he’s a toy themed villain. He’s using kites to catch superheroes, and his armor is based on toy costumes (with a bit of super-gadgetry of course!).
The I in FISS stands for invulnerability, so unless they have a specific weakness to it (like the Martian Manhunter) I think we can assume they are safe.
Also J’onn J’onzz’ vulnerability to fire is psychosomatic; all Martians in the DCU fear, green and white alike. On some occasions J’onn (and Ms. Martian) have been able to fight that fear long enough to act heroic in the face of danger. Also they aren’t afraid of heat, only open flames.
Sticky side up. Mary Poppins’ song for the fail. After our protagonists free themselves, they can sing “I Love to Laugh”. If they stay captured, the villain gets to sign “Be Prepared” (Lion King) to our unlucky pair.
So, kites made of flypaper, huh? Someone take notes.
The kites aren’t actually made of flypaper, they’re actually… oh, right, SPOILERS! 🙁
Ah, yes… Entangle on flying opponents. VERY amusing.
A toy-themed supervillain. Huh. Does anyone know of a superhero fighting one of those before? 😉

The prankster used a lot of toys, but I wouldn’t really call him toy-related.
Got it! I was thinking of Quackerjack from Darkwing Duck. Wrong universe though.
Nope, you had it right the first time! This guy is a Toyman expy, which makes sense since Forak is replacing Atlas, a Superman expy. :p

The Prankster barely qualifies as a supervillain. 🙂
So was the Toyman originally, though the last storyline I saw him in he was definitely a villain. A twisted dark version of himself.

Well, M&M has both Toy Boy and Doc Otaku. 😉
Who is this Mickey Mouse bad guy? & what nefarious schemes does he have for our dynamic duo?
Find out in our next exciting adventure…
“NM”, eh? “Naughty Mouse”, perhaps?
Wonder if the sticky stuff on the kites is based on the same recipe Praetorian Academy’s centurions use?
– Nemesis Mouse, obviously.
NeMousis ^_^
Or Nutty Mouse
Not even close. Keep guessing! He’ll reveal his name soon enough. (Unlike a certain leader of the Argosian rebels, I might add…)
Nuisance Master!
Nope! Keep guessing!
Nicky Mouse?
Nope!
Hah! I get it, he’s a Disney Villain!
That’s too terrifying to think of! He’d give his monoulge in song and then kill no one!
He may even make pepole JOIN IN!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!
Not to mention the copy write issues.

Really? Because that song he’s singing is as Disney as they come.
Heat vision would come in handy about now.
Wrong mythos.
Just what I want: burning Tyvek stuck all over my body. Have we determine if 84 or Forak are fireproof?
The I in FISS stands for invulnerability, so unless they have a specific weakness to it (like the Martian Manhunter) I think we can assume they are safe.
84 is probably fireproof up to a very high temperature. Forak, not so much. And neither of them have heat vision.
It obviously stands for ‘Not Marypoppins’. Glad we can’t hear the actual attempt at singing….
Mm… A toy, NM…. Near Mint? xDDDDDDDDD

What happened with my comment??
It’s “Near Mint” the right guess?? :S
