Forak is literally an imperialist lackey, isn’t he… and from being a tool of his old government, he now is theoretically being trained to be a tool of another government. Somehow I think the kids may teach him more than anybody _officially_ planned.
So Forax faces the age old dilemma – complex freedom or simple tyranny? One person who you can rely on to always be (incompetently) in charge, or choosing from a bunch of people which one you’d prefer to mismanage your country/planet? Decisions, Decisions.
Obviously, a constitutional monarchy is best – democracy, but still with someone to wear the national bling! Not that I’m biased towards Britain, but I live in England, so I probably am!
Hey, how come Praetorian academy gets off so easy with the government anyway? They’re hells more shady than PS238, and we have to put up with nearly being shut down every so often as it is!
Praetorian Academy is a private institution; if the Feds want them to do anything they need to pay them first. PS238 is a public school whose mandate is to teach Metas how to use their superpowers and become heroes.
You know, I get the feeling that the headmaster and the bosses of the DMA are in league with one another. I think in the Charles/Wild Teleporter situation, the then representative of the DMA said something about “having an backup plan”, yet the only thing that happened was the Golden Armor Guys showing up. Looks like a JLU/Cadmus situation for me, propably started by Director Cranstons Presidency.
I am not so certain thier current DMA Liason is in on it. Or if she would side with her bosses if it came out.
I love how the kids still sound like kids, not teens or mini adults. ‘Do I have to?’
…
Point for Forak.

No he isn’t. He’s just someone pushed around by the system, who decided not to “rock the boat”.
So just a lackey with no particular political orientation? Imperial, Democratic, whatever, Forak basically just does as he’s told.
Pretty much. 🙁

What’s up with that?

Also, “Sorry sweetie, Spoilers!”
