Social change at work… I hope… Good things might come of this.

its never a good thing to be unwittingly turned into a symbol/figurehead
this could blow up on her in so many ways.

I do not like the way that sentence is being cut off just as she was explaining what a good thing this might be.

Uh-oh, sentence didn’t get finished at the end of the page. My powers of narrative detection are tingling! Expect a surprise of some sort on the next page ….

    I hate my super powers.

Moon shadow effect – A common action or possibly inaction that is viewed to be seen as something vastly great. Like wearing a football helmet and stopping a super villain bully… simply by trying to stop him yourself. (That lead to leading people he didn’t know or expect which lead to greater good (bully beaten) which lead to MOON SHADOW drawings and hero worship)

She is going to need a few pointers.

The way you said that, I thought for a minute this was a real term (and the reason behind the naming of the character).

Not gonna lie, a little disappointed it isn’t. LET’S CHANGE THAT.

Tyler might be able to give Julie some ideas. He often seems wiser than his years.

He also has nearly been killed for most of those years… I mean a normal guy vs a class full of supers in gym! That properly built enough character to be counted twice his age.

It seems people in this universe love to over-dramatize the actions of others.

It does seem strange; this universe is relatively matter-of-fact in its treatment of supers. On the other hand: “It ain’t about you; it’s about what they need.”

Conversely when it comes to their own achievements, there appears to be a surprising amount of humility both from Supers and Norms.

So 84 knew what she was doing but not that it was something other FISS would admire and copy. Man nobody ever asks nicely for others to stand on a pedistal for them in this comic. What happened with MoonShadow was understandable but whoever started this sight was an adult who deliberately planned to make her a hero. It was kindof a jerk move to start this website and make her the star without contacting her first. Assuming whoever made it would be a FISS themselves and would show there support gives us 6 options. The way 71 acted suggests he was not the leader of the movement so down to five. I’m guessing 65. Wonder if 79 and 80 are twins.

I’d guess the leader was 79, but 52 and 65 are also strong candidates. I’m also not remembering the personalities of the ones we met, which could affect that guess.

I’d say she hoped it was something that other FISS would admire and copy. She didn’t expect them to form a meta-human union. It was about self respect and living up to ones potential, not about forcing a change on the world.
