So, either the other world makes rapid scientific advances, to the joy of the engineers, or they never work out how to replicate the robot’s tech, to the despair of the engineers. I think it could be either, I guess it depends on how complex Victor made it.
What if the robot wasn’t a robot at all, but merely a pile of raw material that Victor was manipulating at a sort of quantum level using the power of the Nullifier? That would mean that the “robot” doesn’t have any tech to scavenge and preserve the integrity of the non-super powered world.

I think the robot is safe as it has literally “astronomical” power requirements, i.e. the odd solar system or 2.

I can’t imagine it taking nearly the amount of energy it was taking if it was actually a robot, so I think you’re right.
