So how much protection will Von Fogg’s helmet give him when getting bonked by that bat? Hopefully, he only gets a concussion.

The only question worth asking is will the sound effect go Crack!!, or Splat?

Don’t things hit with that bat tend to go “Boom!”?

Why was the bat originally meant to be shot into the sun? I can see how the nano-bots where dangerous, but what is the bat doing? I keep wondering if each time it is used it gives off cancer-causing radiation, or maybe sucks up a soul to power itself?

          It’s making things go BOOM!

An exploding bat. That is properly closer to magic linkage than teck power. The owner either wanted it gone because of the magical connection or because they took it off a villain that used it a lot… and they wanted to make sure it would be destroyed.

Last theory… E-L-D-R-I-T-C-H C-O-N-E-C-T-I-O-N. Because we do have a non outer space alien or as possible plot relevance item to be used… like the time line jumps.

I think it might be a better question of how strong the connection of his helmet to his head is, and what is under it …

Could get messy if she knocks off what is supposed to be a permenantly attached cyber mechanism.

I’m pretty sure she’s shielding him from his computer (digital stuff can’t see her).
