I, for one, am curious about the application of the Second Amendment to projectile powers.

Well, since guns are projectile weapons, I suppose the Second Amendment could be considered to cover projectile superpowers by extension…

But bows, slings, and slingshots are projectile weapons too

…and your point is? The Second Amendment covers them, too. Bows, slings, & slingshots are perfectly legal weapons to have. You only need licenses for them if you’re game-hunting.

The second amendment reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Arms include, but are not limited to, guns, knives, swords, polearms, bows, slings, maces, and staves. So yeah, the second amendment covers a lot more than just firearms or projectile weapons

I would also like to hear this talk about the Second Amendment and Superpowers…
