    I wish I got the reference to the guy with the silver tattoos. I’m not all that much in touch with super hero comics in general. I much prefer your look at how the rest of life, the normal part, is for them.

      It’s probably a Brainiac reference. Some versions had exposed circuitry which would look like tattoos to somebody Cecil’s age.
