      What messed up geometries? Isn’t that always the way that chair and desk looked? Oh, I admit, it was careless of Tyler to leave the phone off the hook, just lying on the desk like that, but…

      I suspect Syrin noticed, but didn’t want to draw Tyler’s attention to anything, possibly due to the explanation for anything could be “weird glitches with the remote control equipment.” I mean, sure, that’s not an expected glitch for the remote control equipment, but it’s not an expected glitch for anything else either.
