    Why does Charles hate Tyler so much? I mean I get that he (Charles) was the school bully, but why does he hate Tyler so much that he’s willing to risk getting in trouble with his Paetorian bosses just to beat up Tyler?

      And, unlike the supers who stopped him, Tyler can’t hit back…
